Offering breakfast staples you’ll love, each plate is French-inspired with an American twist. You’re here for the pain perdu served with an orange Grand Marnier butter sauce, berries, and mascarpone cream. We also recommend the avocado sourdough toast smothered with hummus, tahini, herb aioli, everything bagel seasoning, pickled onions, spicy oil, grape tomatoes, and arugula. Using local fresh produce, Oasis Cafe specializes in fresh, whole ingredients that will make you feel good. Their brunch menu is served daily until 3:00 p.m., so you have more than enough time to down your fair share of appetizers, eggs benny, and pancakes. You really can’t make a wrong move ordering anything on their menu but we’re partial to their German buttermilk pancake. We are huge fans of Pago on Main for their upscale brunch filled with delectable entrees, each laced with incredible flavors. Relatively new to SLC and under the same ownership as their original Pago on 9th and 9th, Pago on Main has a modern and edgy feeling with plenty of seats to feed your group. Start with the market bite burrata, which is served with warm pumpkin bread, olive oil, and a pepita and chile crumble. If you’re in the mood for a savory brunch, be sure to order the croque madame, a griddled brioche slice topped with Niman Jambon Royal (Euro-style ham), bechamel sauce, a sunny up egg, served with brunch potatoes.
